Five-star review! Traveling with seniors over 60 and children, I booked this package on Ctrip in advance. The customer service representative, Xiaoyue, was incredibly attentive and promptly customized the itinerary according to my needs, taking into full account the seniors' travel arrangements. The arranged driver, Mr. Yu, drove a clean car, had steady driving skills, and was very friendly. He also provided us with information about the attractions along the way. This time, my family and I visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, recommended by National Geographic, and also hiked the *** trail, making our round trip via Halfway. The scenery was breathtaking and well worth the trip. The entire journey was smooth and worry-free; we had a wonderful time and will definitely choose this company again for future trips! There were five of us in total, including my family. Originally, my family had only booked a small group tour for four, including entrance tickets. However, I joined at the last minute, and the small group tour with entrance tickets was full, so we had to book one without. The customer service representative, Xiao Yin, was very helpful and said she could arrange for us to travel in the same car. Our driver, Mr. Hu (license plate number 11222), picked us up that day. He proactively pointed out places we saw while driving, so we didn't have to worry about being alone. He wasn't a talkative person, but he would definitely answer any questions we had 😂. Mr. Hu was very thoughtful. When we went to Tiger Leaping Stone, he proactively asked if we wanted to buy escalator tickets to save energy for Baishuitai. He also reminded us to consider whether we wanted to ride horses at Baishuitai, as it wasn't an official activity. We were so grateful 🥺 Climbing the stairs at Baishuitai was exhausting, and my mother's foot was swollen from an insect bite, making it very painful and difficult to walk. We were later than the agreed meeting time, but the driver didn't complain. We were all embarrassed because several of our driver's friends called, asking where he was. It seemed they had made plans, but we made him late 😢 Lunch was near Baishuitai; we could choose which restaurant to eat at.

A very experienced driver cum tour guide was assign to us. Experience in driving Yunan road. Do note where the final drop-off location is and insist you want to be drop off at the right gate stated , or else you might be at the wrong gate.
