From reading previous reviews, I understand ahead of time that there really is no your guide. I was a little worried, but once I got to the location, I realized you really don't need a tour guide in the attraction spots. It was pretty easy to navigate inside the parks...pretty much just one way to go. Beautiful sceneries. I just wish it wasn't raining so hard. When it's wet, it can be a little slippery & dangerous at places. There was a little mishap , but the tour company responded quickly & amended the situation. Good job 👍. I also want to shout out to our driver 康峻翰，（kangjunhan). He was very punctual, polite, & courteous. His vehicle was spotless & he's also a very responsible driver! I really enjoyed chatting with him on the drive. I would definitely recommend going with this company.

It was a great trip. There were both foreigners and Chinese. The driver tried to communicate with us. Even though we didn't understand some things, it went well. Plus, the driver was a good driver.

Superb cruise. I recommend you take the VIP supplement so as not to be bothered by the density of the number of people. In the VIP area, we had fruit, tea and other treats, people were calm and respectful! The cruise is a little short but allows you to discover part of the city in an unusual way! A must-do especially around 6:30 p.m. at sunset

Seats can only be confirmed 10 days in advance but they don't tell you that so even though you booked higher end tickets but come the deadline they can text you and tell you original seats are no longer available. Food is good though, but they also forgot that our tickets include a costume change
