The tour is a great opportunity to get to know Prague quickly, definitely even in the rain. It was described as wheelchair accessible – this refers exclusively to folding wheelchairs, which was immediately corrected in the description! We were able to participate in the tour because the staff immediately provided a child seat! The team was very quick to rectify the situation!★

The Palace is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers audio guides in many languages, including Spanish. The exhibits are incredible and are perfectly complemented by the audio. We entered around 4 pm, thinking they closed at 6 pm, but at 5 pm we were asked to leave. Even so, we were able to see and linger in each room.★

Jana wasn't bothered by the two teenagers at all, nor did she let them ruffle her feathers. She was very accommodating, and the tour was incredibly informative despite the small number of participants. There were only three of us, two of whom were teenagers.
