Reviews: Bursa & Uludag Mountain from Istanbul W/ Pickup&Lunch Optional Cable Car -Teleferik Ticket

A fairly standard trip. Having spent too much time in Istanbul and nowhere to go, I decided to try this tour. The driver picked me up from the hotel around 8 AM and didn't arrive back until 11 PM, a very long time – basically half the day was spent in the car. The first stop was a motocross ride near Yalova (optional, at your own expense). If you didn't ride, you'd just have to wait there; there was no scenery to speak of. The second stop was a candy shop – ridiculously expensive, we only stayed for an hour. The third stop was a visit to a large tree – another standard attraction, offering a panoramic view of Bursa. The fourth stop was lunch. The fifth stop was a mountaintop ride with a cable car (optional, not included in the tour price). If you didn't ride, you'd just have to wait there. The sixth stop was a cable car ride from the top of the mountain to the bottom (included in the tour price), the scenery was quite nice. The seventh stop was visiting two churches in Bursa, and then we returned to Istanbul, concluding the trip. Overall, there aren't any particularly special sights, especially since the entire day is essentially a bus tour if you don't participate in the optional excursions. The biggest highlight is the cable car ride down the mountain at the end. I wouldn't recommend making a special trip for it; it's only suitable for people like me who have been in Istanbul for too long and have nowhere else to go. Also, if you do choose to participate, be sure to bring your own food. The tour only provides lunch around 3 PM; from 8 AM to 11 PM, you'll have to fend for yourself, as prices at the tourist attractions are shockingly high. Personally, I still really enjoyed it because I'd never seen snow before, and the snow-covered scenery on the mountain was absolutely stunning.
Reviews: Istanbul: Camlica Tower Entry with Optional Dining Choices

It's for sure worth to do it as you get an amazing view from the tower over the city. Only with our pick up time at the hotel went something wrong. They did not show up and we got no information about it. Luckily our hotel manager did the necessary calls to contact the tour operator and after some time they let us know our pick up time at the hotel would be an hour later due an car accident. Ok can happen but communication with us could be a lot better. So visit was good, food at the restaurant was ok....only to much and to fast served.....we had not enough time to enjoy our dinner.....For what we got to expensive in my opinion. Anyway a nice experience and impressive location.....
Reviews: Istanbul: Bosphorus Dinner Cruise with Turkish Night Show

We absolutely loved this Bosphorus cruise! If you have the chance to experience it, believe me, you won't regret it at all. For starters, they offer hotel pickup (which is incredibly convenient), and they explain everything to you throughout the trip. I didn't particularly enjoy the typical appetizer, but that's because I'm not used to some of the sauces. The main course, however, was absolutely delicious! Turkish cuisine is truly divine, and it's definitely an experience I'll repeat someday! I loved the organization, the dance shows, the attentive service—in short, it's worth experiencing! If you're hesitant like I was at first, don't think twice and go for it! I promise you won't regret it!
