Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

1. Please arrive at the pier 10 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid missing the ferry departure.

2. Passengers with limited mobility or special medical conditions should confirm with customer support in advance whether they can board the ship. Pregnant women are not allowed to board.

3. If you need to return early due to personal reasons (such as seasickness, physical discomfort, etc.), it will be considered as voluntarily giving up the remaining experience time with no refund provided. Please be advised.

4. If the experience cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as weather, you may reschedule for free or receive a full refund. Our company will not be responsible for any resulting transportation or additional costs.
