Tangra Yumco
Tangra Yumco is located in Wenbu No. 2 Village, Northern Tibet, next to the ruins of the Zhangzhung Kingdom. At an altitude of 4,530m, it is one of Tibet's famous holy lakes and a very important sacred lake for the Bon religion. This remote area features crystal-clear water and breathtaking scenery. Tangra Yumco is shaped like a vajra, with a round top, narrow middle, and long bottom, and is surrounded by mountains. To the south, the peak of Daguo Snow Mountain remains snow-covered all year round. Due to its strategic, easily defensible terrain and favorable climate, this was once the site of the royal palace of the Zhangzhung Kingdom. Payang Town
Payang is a prairie town with a very western flavor. The streets are full of clean soil, and the town is loosely lined with neatly arranged residential buildings. Zhongba is only 71 km away. On the far west side of the highway are lined with golden sand dunes, which are magnificent against the snow peaks at the end of the sky and the blue sky and white clouds. On the road between the two places, you may also see the Yarlung Zangbo River in a corner of the first great lake area in Shangyuan, Yimaquan Lake. Zabuye Chaka is a small plateau salt lake located in Renduo Township, Longger District, Zhongba County, Shigatse Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region. The lake surface is 4,400 meters above sea level. It seems unknown, with only a few herdsmen and prayer flags accompanying it, but it is rich in resources, and there are even open-pit mines exposed on the lakeside.

The Dagu Snow Mountain separates Wenbu South Line South Village and Wenbu North Village. One is located in the south and the other in the north. North Village is located on the main road of the Great North Line. Almost all cars can reach it easily. However, the road conditions to South Village are much more complicated and can only be reached by relying on Google satellite navigation.

We stayed in Payang Town for one night. We could go to see the Zhongba Sand Dunes and wetlands nearby. It borders Ali, with the Himalayas to the south and the Gangdise Mountains to the north. It stretches for more than 20 kilometers and is connected to the Maquan River Wetland. It was very sunny in the afternoon, but walking on the sand dunes and flying the drone was great.

Gongzhucuo is a small lake that we passed by when returning to Lhasa from Ali. It is small and exquisite, with a lot of floating sand and rich vegetation on the lakeside. At the same time, we made full use of the principle of being close at hand and walked a full 2 kilometers from the roadside to the lakeside.
