International Flights: The meeting point at Phuket Airport has been moved to the right side of Exit Gate 2 where you can find your name sign, as shown in the image below.

After receiving the sign, hand it to the staff nearby who will then call the driver to pick you up

(As long-term parking is not allowed inside the airport, the driver can only wait in the parking lot. Upon receiving a call from the staff, the driver will immediately drive from the parking lot to pick you up.)

Domestic Flights in Thailand: After collecting your luggage, proceed to the right side of Exit Gate A to find your name sign, as shown in the image below.

After receiving the sign, hand it to the staff nearby. The staff will then call the driver to pick you up (since long-term parking is not allowed inside the airport, the driver can only wait in the parking lot. Upon receiving the call from the staff, the driver will immediately drive from the parking lot to pick you up).

Things to note for airport pick-up service in Phuket:

1. For bookings between 00:00 and 07:00, there will be no staff holding signs at the airport. The driver will wait outside the airport. Passengers booking during this period need to call the driver themselves to arrange pickup. Please do not place an order if you cannot accept this arrangement.

2. After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the designated gate and look for the airport pick-up sign with your last name on the railing outside. Then meet up with our staff. The complimentary waiting time for airport pick-up is 90 minutes. Any time beyond this will be considered a NO SHOW, and no refund will be issued.

5-seater: Accommodates 1-3 guests, 2 pieces of luggage (24-inch);

7 Seater: 1-4 passengers, 3 pieces of luggage (20-inch);

10-seat: Accommodates 1-9 passengers, 8 pieces of luggage (20-inch);
