This day trip to Racha Island exceeded my expectations. The entire itinerary was well-planned and comfortable, and I must give it a shout-out! The customer service was meticulous in their communication before departure, confirming the meeting time and important information in advance. They responded promptly to any questions, giving me peace of mind before the trip.
On the day of the trip, they picked us up from the hotel on time. The car was clean and tidy, and the driver was very punctual. Once on the boat, the guide was enthusiastic and professional, communicating fluently in Chinese. He patiently explained the key points of the island's activities and thoughtfully reminded us about sun protection and keeping our belongings safe. He didn't push any activities, making the entire experience very comfortable.
The waters around Racha Island are absolutely stunning, crystal clear and layered, a truly captivating sight. The snorkeling area had excellent water quality, with many colorful fish and corals. The guide was incredibly kind and helpful, adjusting our equipment as needed. Drinking water and simple snacks were provided on the boat, showing thoughtful attention to detail and avoiding a rushed or rushed pace.
There were no hidden costs throughout the trip. All pre-arranged activities were fulfilled without any additional charges or forced shopping. The return transfer was also smooth and efficient, ensuring a safe return to the hotel.
Whether you're a couple or traveling with friends, this Racha Island tour is highly recommended! The scenery is soothing, and the service is attentive. From initial contact with the guide to the pick-up and drop-off arrangements, you can feel the team's dedication at every step. Following Mojito's guide, Afu, on a day trip to Racha Island and Coral Island, the itinerary was well-planned and the overall trip was very relaxing. Everything was great, from start to finish! 1) I was able to contact the organizer before paying and discuss any concerns I had (right there, on trip.com), and the managers were always available. 2) The transfer was comfortable and on schedule. 3) The starting point had all the amenities, and they offered free water and coffee. I was also able to buy a waterproof bag there (I really needed it—without any protection, my towel got completely soaked in the back of the jet ski; the instructor had warned me about this). After returning, they treated me to some fruit. 4) The instructions were sufficient, even for me, who was trying out a jet ski for the first time. 5) Since it was my first time, and I was a little worried that the jet ski would capsize, I was initially scared behind the wheel. So a Thai guy joined me, who sometimes took the wheel instead of me and helped me catch up with the group. And when I took over, he helped me steer and supported me. It was very nice and really helped! 6) They fed me lunch and gave me water. You won't go hungry.★

Everything matched the description, we were very pleased 🤩 We saw the beautiful islands, ate delicious meals twice, snorkeled twice, had cold water and cola available on board at all times, and on the way back we raced to music, and our guides danced. A fascinating location. Various options for interacting with the elephants, from photography and feeding to rides and bathing with them. Animal food is available for an additional fee. Photos on your phone are included in the price. The elephant handler takes many of them professionally. We didn't opt for the bathing experience, only the ride and feeding. The bathing lake isn't very clean—it's stagnant water. The elephants are clean and don't stink. They're very intelligent. A great experience for both children and adults. I highly recommend it!
