Change & Refund Policies
- Free cancellation at or before 15:00 at least 2 days before the date of use
- Cancellations made at or before 15:00 at least 1 day before the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 50%
- Cancellations made after 15:00 at least 1 day before the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 100%
- Partial cancellation of this booking is not permitted
How to Use It
- All times are given in local time
- Please head to the hotel lobby at least 5-10 minutes before the specified pick-up time. Present the confirmation email and name to gain admission
- Guests who are not located within the pick-up area must go to the Imm Thapae McDonald's. Please confirm whether or not you are in the pick-up area after you place your order
- Please arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. This tour cannot be cancelled or changed. You cannot switch to a different bus or join the tour part way through. No refund will be provided if you are unable to join the tour for personal reasons

This product includes shared car service, if you arrive late you will affect the itineraries of the other guests. Please arrive on time to the pick-up location, if the driver is kept waiting longer than 10 minutes, the coach will leave, and you will automatically be considered to have forfeited this service

If you are satisfied with the services performed by your guide or other staff, you can give a gratuity at your discretion
If this trip is cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, we sincerely apologize and we will refund your reservation fees
