We met a really nice guy from Northeast China. He told us which restrooms were clean and where we could see the best views. He was so thoughtful! It was pouring rain that day, and we couldn't see Mount Fuji at all. He said he could just edit it up when he got home. He also told us the time for each attraction we visited and adjusted accordingly. He was amazing!★

The car rental staff and drivers all speak Chinese, which makes communication easy. They are punctual, patient, friendly, and polite, and proactively introduce local sights and customs along the way. They are very professional and friendly.★

The driver picked us up from Tokyo at 10 a.m. and took us to Hakone. He then dropped us off at the attractions we wanted to visit, saving us a lot of walking. The driver was also very talkative, provided excellent service, and drove very steadily.
