The tour was well organized and mostly on time. Our driver was also a very friendly and enthusiastic guide. She was extremely helpful at every stop, assisting everyone off the bus and walking us toward the attractions while clearly explaining the directions and schedule. She also repeated the meeting times to make sure everyone remembered them.
The only minor issue was that the itinerary could have been written more clearly, as I initially misunderstood and thought some additional stops were included.
The price was very reasonable compared with other tours I’ve taken. However, the time at each stop felt a little short, and the tour finished earlier than expected. I think extending the itinerary by another 1–2 hours would allow guests to enjoy the destinations more comfortably.
Overall, a very good tour and highly recommended.★

We joined this tour in late September. It was given in both English and Chinese, and our guide Lisa and driver James did a great job, thank you.
The itinerary order was different from what is shown on the website; as Lisa explained, the change meant we arrived at each lake at the best time of day, and we saw both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise at their most beautiful. We spent about an hour at each lake and still visited many other places. Our group was around 40 people, but everyone kept to the schedule well, and we managed to see all the essential spots in one day. On the way back, Lisa dropped guests off at their different hotels. There were mandatory a $5 customer fee and a $20 service fee per head. I think this is their version of a tip. If you want a relaxing tour, this one may be too tight. But if you want to see everything in one day, I recommend it.★

Absolutely no complaints! This tour could not have worked out any better! Driver was knowledgeable, funny, entertaining, and got us exactly where we needed to be for the most stunning views I have ever seen. Highly recommend.★
