I accidentally booked an English-language tour, and I was the only Japanese person there, but our guide, Liu Shuai, was incredibly kind and helpful. He said he was still learning Japanese, but it wasn't a problem at all. He talked to me a lot, and even though I was traveling alone, it was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you so much!

On the first day of our family trip to Osaka, we freely explored the city using the Osaka Amazing Pass, but registering the pass, setting the route, and finding our way were difficult, and our feet were on fire from all the walking. So, for the second day, we booked a bus tour to Kyoto and Nara. To start with, we were able to visit each attraction very comfortably. The guide highlighted the key points of each spot so well that we were able to avoid any trial and error on our first visit, making for a very comfortable and fulfilling trip. We also thoroughly enjoyed the lunch recommended by our guide, Mr. Kumun-gil, and our entire family was very satisfied. Thank you.

I was with Guide Oh Seok-bong. It was a truly enjoyable and informative time. In particular, he told us various stories about Japan to keep us from getting bored during travel, which was really fun. I highly recommend him to everyone.

This trip exceeded my expectations. We visited two ancient cities in one day, including classic attractions like Todai-ji and Kiyomizu-dera. The pace was excellent, perfect for taking great photos, and the itinerary balanced guidance with free time for exploration. It's ideal for families with children, requiring no extra planning. The tour was punctual, with no hard-sell shopping, and the air-conditioned minibus was comfortable and relaxing. Excellent value for money. The guide and driver were straightforward and eloquent, providing a wonderful introduction to Japanese culture and customs. Five-star recommendation.

It was great. The driver was punctual, helpful, friendly, patient and easy to communicate with. We had a good time in Nara and he also stopped by a few places for us since my son really wanted to get a new Nintendo, and with his help, we found the console that my son really wanted. Driver Mr Richard also gave advice as to where to eat, shop, and visit. We had a wonderful time.
