We registered for the tour as a group (7 people). The meeting point was easy to find, and there we received our audio devices, including earpieces. Our guide, Karin, led us through Vienna's city center as if on a walking tour, providing the perfect mix of facts, figures, and anecdotes and background stories. It was very entertaining, and we gained a fantastic impression of Vienna. We would highly recommend the tour and guide.★

Having the pass is very convenient. It's great that you don't have to buy a €3.20 ticket every day. It also saves time. You can even go to the airport with an additional €2.30 ticket. You also get discounts at several museums, so it's definitely worth it.★

I underestimated the visit to Schönbrunn Palace. A three-hour wait after buying the ticket was intense. Lesson learned. Definitely next time. All in all, it was a very nice vacation, and using the subway, tram, and bus wasn't difficult at all.
