We set off under the stars at dawn. After sunrise, the misty forest gradually dissipated, revealing Lonely Planet. Semeru slowly emerged as a mushroom cloud in the distance. Our guide, Kiki, was exceptionally responsible and excellent, proactively offering his services. He helped carry all our bags when he saw us taking photos, even bringing his own geography textbook! His photography skills were top-notch, and he knew all the popular photo spots like the back of his hand. The driver was great; he drove the jeep all the way to the railing, so we barely walked to and from the observation deck. The wait at the coffee shop wasn't long, and being indoors for a while kept us warm. We managed our time well, arriving back at the airport at 2 PM just in time to check in for our 3:30 PM flight. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

Because of time constraints, we booked a day trip to Bromo at the last minute. Customer service responded quickly and patiently arranged everything for us. The driver arrived at the hotel promptly in the early morning to pick us up. The car was spacious and comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided cushions and drinking water. The driver was incredibly kind, helping us take photos throughout the trip and taking excellent care of us during the hike. A super positive review!

I really have to praise our guide! He was absolutely fantastic, with a wonderful personality and everything was arranged perfectly. If you book this tour, definitely choose our guide. He was a very cheerful and lively driver who greeted us with a smile from the moment he picked us up. When we said we were tired, he kept quiet so we could rest properly and took us to the best viewpoints with the fewest people. He was also incredibly talkative, able to chat anywhere, and very responsible. When we asked for rainbow ponies, he called two for us. Even though his job was done after dropping us off at the hotel, he insisted on taking us back, only going home after we repeatedly refused. In short, this guide was great and very fun; everyone should definitely choose him if they have the chance!

This was one of the best experiences Iโ€™ve had. The agency was incredibly helpful and communicated clearly about any exceptions. They were friendly and went above and beyond to make it memorable. They even helped with photography and suggested the best spots. They didnโ€™t push for tips or other fees and they even rent jackets on-site. Iโ€™d definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The price was very reasonable, and the reminders were very detailed. They even provided a list of what to bring, which made things very convenient. Although setting off at dawn was tiring, the scenery was truly breathtaking, and we even saw the sunrise โ€“ it was totally worth it! The guide also helped take many beautiful photos, making it a very enjoyable trip.
