Sister Shi (our guide) is an exceptionally kind person. She was patient and meticulous throughout the trip, providing informative and engaging explanations of the sights. She proactively checked on everyone's well-being, helped with luggage, recommended authentic local cuisine, and helped us avoid common pitfalls. Traveling with her was incredibly worry-free, and my wonderful trip was all thanks to her! Because I bought a student ticket, customer service handled issues and refunded the price difference very promptly. Highly recommended!!!★

Very good experience with our tour guide Cathy. On time and offered to take nice pictures for us at various spots. Also suggested alternative to go to mu tian yu for the Great Wall.
