Palace Museum Ticket Tips:

1. Tickets for the Forbidden City go on sale 7 days in advance. We will do our best to reserve tickets for you as soon as possible. If the reservation is unsuccessful, we will send you a text message or call you the next day to notify you to cancel or reschedule. If we do not contact you, it means that the ticket has been successfully issued. A guide will contact you before 22:00 the day before your visit to inform you of the specific meeting point. Please be aware of this.

2. If you choose to book our group tour, please do not book multiple tickets for the same date, and do not try to buy tickets on your own. This will affect the success rate of your reservation and may result in a failed reservation or multiple reservations. If you make multiple reservations and then cancel them, you will be unable to visit the Forbidden City for three months.

3. Refund and ticket cancellation processing time: From April to October and during all holidays, refunds requested between 4 PM and 11 PM will be processed after 11 PM. Refunds requested outside of these times will be processed within 30 minutes. This may affect your ability to book tickets! Please consider this before booking!
