How to Use It
- All times are given in local time
- The e-ticket must be exchanged for a physical ticket at the Gray Line CitySightseeing NY Visitor Center before boarding a double-decker bus at the city. You can choose one of the following ticket exchange addresses
- Ticket exchange address: Visitors center in Port Authority Bus Terminal, 42nd St. (between 8th & 9th Avenues), New York, New York 10036. Entrance is on 42nd Street side, ground level
- Ticket exchange time: 7am to 5pm
- Once the customer's electronic ticket is exchanged for a physical ticket, he or she can board the bus at any double-decker bus stop
