We will leave El Chaltén at approximately 9 a.m. and we will take the mountain gravel road (RP 23) heading north for 40 km. As we drive along the highway, we will pass through spectacular landscapes such as the Rio de Las Vueltas valley, framed by the Cordón de Los Cóndores.
At the lake we will go to the viewpoints and prepare a "Picada Argentina" and enjoy
of a good lunch accompanied by a good wine.

A unique excursion, where you can enjoy one of the most rugged areas of the
Patagonia. It is an unforgettable tour in which you can enjoy nature with "the five
senses. "This is a different option in which we can interpret nature, take many
photos, visit historical sites, observe wildlife, sail on a lake, and hike one of the
most beautiful forests in the region. We will also enjoy a "Picada Argentina" (mix of
different cheeses, meat, olives and bread) with some of the best products from Argentina, and
of course, we will enjoy a good wine.

The next one is Salto Argentino, where torrent ducks can be seen. We also have the option of stopping at a landmark that tells the history of the area. Upon reaching the Lago del Desierto, we will prepare to climb the Huemul glacier and the lagoon and marvel at the forest and flora of the area, as well as have the opportunity to see a hanging glacier. (a 4 km walk, which lasts 2 hours, with an elevation of 220 m).

Stop At: Lago del Desierto, Argentina
Then we will board the boat and sail towards the northern end of the Lago del Desierto while we admire the beautiful lake surrounded by the Andes mountain range, the main protagonist is Mount Vespignani.
From the north end we will enjoy a unique view of the north face of Mount Fitz Roy in the distance. We will return to the South End and then disembark after a short walk, arriving in El Chaltén around 5pm.

We will leave El Chaltén at approximately 9 a.m. and we will take the mountain gravel road (RP 23) heading north for 40 km. Shortly after we will begin to enjoy the incredible view of glaciers such as Eléctrico, Piedras Blancas and Cagliero. We can also see the Marconi glacier, the gateway to the Southern Continental Ice Field.
