This is not another walking tour. These small group tours whisk you off the beaten path by private tuktuk and offer unlimited beer and soda while you and your English speaking guide watch the city pass by. You will eat where the locals eat at small, family-run businesses and try the best local food at places you can’t find on your own. After 3-4 hours, you will finish at local bar to try some rice wine or beer with the locals
Itinerary
Your tour begins in a private tuk-tuk, a classic three-wheeler perfect for navigating the picturesque narrow lanes. Your guide will fill you in on the city’s famed food scene as you travel between up to five different stops, including family-run eateries and local-favorite hidden gems. Enjoy unlimited beer and soda along the way
As you hop between food stations, you’ll get a chance to watch classic Sichuan dishes being prepared in person as you discover why the local food culture is such an important part of everyday life in the city. Cover more ground than you could on your own, and venture to places that tourists rarely have the opportunity to visit. Happily fed, you'll end the evening over drinks with locals in a popular bar
