The guide was pleasant and advised us to go to a less crowded area. He was very polite. He also had a good car. We were just a family in the car, and the guide was very accommodating when we asked to stop at a grocery store along the way.

Words can't describe the beauty there. Book the tour and don't even hesitate! I also loved the organization: they wrote detailed instructions the day before, explaining everything. Our guide, Icy, was available and spoke very good English, so there were no communication issues. I really enjoyed her work: she shared a lot of information, helped with photos (I was alone, and Icy took many wonderful photos), and offered advice unrelated to the tour. I also loved the pace of the tour itself—we moved at a comfortable pace, had time to look around, take photos, and if anyone lagged behind, we waited for everyone. So if you have any doubts about your stamina, don't hesitate! A big thank you to our guide, Icy—everything was absolutely fantastic!

It was an amazing experience, so organized and we left on time. Divina was the best, she contacted me the day before the trip, she always responded to my messages promptly. I was traveling solo so she recommended the perfect route for me, she even helped me when I was lost up there. Will definitely book again with you in October if I visit again as she recommended the view will be amazing! Even after we returned, she helped me find the metro station and helped me get the ticket. The driver is extremely attentive. They organised oyr cable car tickets bwfore the trip so we dlnt have to queue up to purchase. The driver also allows us to be dropped off at a shopping district within thw city instead of at the hotel. Communication is in chinese, however, the driver mentioned theu cam communicate in english via a translation app. The lunch option around Mutianyu is very limited, so be preparrd ans bring snacks.
