Constantia is the birthplace of the wine farming industry in South Africa. Located just 20 minutes outside of Cape Town’s city bowl, it is breathtakingly beautiful, with vineyard rows that stretch up the eastern slopes of the Constantiaberg mountainside. As you drive through this historical valley, it becomes apparent why the first Governor of the Cape, Simon van der Stel, chose this situation for his farm, Constantia.

This Tour is designed for the more serious wine connoisseur and novice alike. Guests are taken on a 4x4 tour through the historic vineyard, where they will enjoy a picnic-bubbly whilst overlooking the beautiful vineyard.
