The greatest experience in Essaouira! We spent a really nice time during our surfing lessons. Our instructor Adam was perfect teacher and explained us all needed basics. Also while we were swimming with surfs he was always near us and helped with starting.★

It was a very fun experience! First, we went to the market to learn about various spices and the seasonings used in Thai cuisine. The instructors explained things clearly and humorously. After arriving at the cooking school, we visited a vegetable garden. The entire area was quite large, with adorable dogs and thoughtful decorations. Don't forget to spray mosquito repellent to avoid insect bites! The garden introduced many plants and spices, and we could even smell their aromas. The cooking classes were clear and concise, with ingredients prepared before cooking. After three dishes, everyone ate together. The portions were quite large; some women might not be able to finish them. After lunch, we learned how to make mango sticky rice and Thai milk tea, which was very interesting. Finally, we were given recipes for each dish. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻★
