The printing process at the kiosk wasn't smooth. Even when I scanned the PIN code instead of the QR code, the kiosk failed to print the ticket. I ended up having to collect the ticket from a guide on the island of Venice.★

The Best of Venice tour of St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, and the gondola ride was very good. Marco, our tour guide, clearly was highly educated, well spoken, and incredibly informative, with a way of explaining Venetian history that really clicked with us.
Marco was engaging, and easy to listen to. This tour was well organized and offered a great balance of history. We learned a lot and enjoyed every moment.★

Beautiful tour. Our guide, Chiara, was extremely knowledgeable and very good and interesting (one of the best guides I've ever had). The tour was very exciting, engaging, and useful because seeing those beautiful places with someone who explains what you see and tells you the history of the places and of Venice is something else entirely. It's absolutely worth it, and the price is fair for the excellent service provided and the time and care put into the tour.
