We had a great experience at the Great Wall and Summer palace. We had an easy time to navigate the entire Mutianyu section in 3-4 hours, our tickets were pre-booked by the guide and entire journey was smooth and the timing was great for us to catch a sunset at the summer palace. Our tour guide, Li Xue, was very professional and polite. Her explanations were engaging and clear, and she could describe the architecture of the Forbidden City, down to every brick and tile, in great detail, sharing many interesting stories. She also interacted with the group members during her explanations. Our family was very satisfied. I highly recommend hiring a guided tour when visiting the Forbidden City.

We had Zhou (Jo) as our guide. She was incredibly informative and the tour was well paced. I would recommend doing some research beforehand because although I got a lot of information, it was still confusing as I didn’t know anything going into it. But you’re welcome to ask questions. Overall, really good tour.


