Change & Refund Policies
- Once this product is successfully booked, it cannot be changed or canceled
How to Use It
- Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email (please be reminded to check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive anything)
- In the event if your preferred departure and return trip timing are fully booked, we will contact you via email to propose for another trip timing.
- On the day of your departure, please present the confirmation email (print out or on mobile screen) to Sindo Ferry Customer Service Officer at Harbourfront Centre #03-43 at least 90 minutes before departure time to collect your boarding pass.
- For the collection of boarding pass, you will also be expected to present your original passport for identification and verification purposes.
- Please be advised that the boarding gate will close 30 minutes before departure time.
- The confirmation voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

- This is an eTicket that allows you to travel between Singapore and Batam (includes Batam Centre terminal or Sekupang Ferry Terminal or Waterfront City Terminal)
- eTicket does not guarantee a seat on your preferred timing, until you have received a confirmation from us

No price difference for Adults and Children Selling price is applicable for Children Children under 18 years old will not be allowed to travel alone
Important Information
Please read below fine prints before you commit:
- Eticket does not guarantee you a seat on your preferred timing. Seats are subject to availability. If the seats are sold out, we will propose other timings. Sindo Ferry is one of the largest ferry operators and has been serving the public since 1999. They have 16 ferries and have the capability to add extra trips (subject to terminal approval) during peak season. Like what mama always say, always go for the best!
- On the day of your departure, please present the confirmation email (print out or on mobile screen) to Sindo Ferry Customer Service Officer at Harbourfront Centre #03-43 at least 90 minutes before departure time to collect your boarding pass.
- Please make sure your passport has more than 6 months validity and check if you need visa. We don’t want you to end up like Tom Hanks from the movie, The Terminal.
- Please remember immigration gate closes 30 minutes before departure time. If you have luggage to check in, please make sure you get it done 45 mins before departure time.
- We understand life can be unpredictable. If you wish to reschedule due to whatsoever reason, please email us by attaching the supporting documents (if any). We are human after all. We will write to Sindo Ferry on your behalf and it will be subjected to their policy and amendment fee.
- Most importantly, once tickets purchased, refund requests due to no-show or miss-ferry or other reasons, will not be entertained.
