Inclusions

• Rental price = daily price × travel days × number of units
• Deposit: onsite payment of CNY 500 per device by cash, credit/debit card
• Duration of use: calculated from the pickup day to the drop-off day

Exclusions

• If the WiFi device is not returned, the full deposit will be lost. If any device accessories are not returned, a fee will be deducted according to the standard rate at the service counter

Change & Refund Policies

• Cancellations made at or before 00:00 at least 1 day before the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 25%
• Cancellations made after 00:00 at least 1 day before the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 50%
• Partial cancellation of this booking is not permitted
• If you need to change your booking, please cancel and rebook
