Change & Refund Policies
- Free cancellation at or before 18:00 at least 2 days before the date of use
- Cancellations made after 18:00 at least 2 days before the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 100%

How to Use It
- All times are in local time
- Please present the booking number and your valid ID at the ticket office on the 2nd floor of the Macau Tower to receive your ticket
- Please redeem the tickets at least 45 minutes in advance of your session time
- Opening Location: The 61st floor of the outdoor sightseeing gallery of Macau Tower
- Opening Time: 11:00-19:00
Important Information
Please select an activity participation time at booking. The time that is displayed on the booking confirmation will be your confirmed session
Maximum body weight for the Skyjump: 120kg (including 2kg of equipment)
Minimum age: 10 years. Children under 18 must have signed consent from an accompanying guardian
Opening Time (Till June 2021): Monday to Friday 11:00-19:00, Saturday and Sunday 11:00-20:00; July and August 10:00-22:00 daily
