Host Introduction:
Hi, I'm Jing Wei, your Eatwith host in Dalian. I've lived in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and other regions before studying design in Australia. After returning to China, I founded my own coffee brand. I'm passionate about coffee culture and love sharing the joy of coffee-making with friends. I sincerely invite you to join my pour-over coffee workshop experience, where I'll share coffee knowledge and brewing techniques with you, and we'll taste the flavors of single-origin coffee together.
What to Expect:
Our coffee shop is located on Binhai Road. In its early years, it was an abandoned factory building, which I personally designed and renovated to transform it into what you see today. This two-story building offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. You can enjoy coffee on the upstairs terrace while taking in the views of the mountains and sea. The upcoming Dalian Locust Flower Festival in late May adds an extra layer of charm to the beautiful Binhai Road. The air is filled with the fragrance of locust blossoms, mingling with the aroma of coffee from Amazing Koala, creating a delightful taste on your palate and a romantic ambiance that invites you to embrace the beauty of nature.
Experience Process:
First, the host will break the ice with an introduction, sharing knowledge about coffee including its culture, origins, varieties, roasting process, and related brewing utensils.
Then, since everyone brews coffee differently, the host will guide you in carefully hand-brewing a cup of coffee that's uniquely yours.
In the delightful ambiance of afternoon tea, the host will enjoy coffee and exchange experiences with newly acquainted friends.
Before departure, the warm and generous host will present you with a gift worth 60 CNY, including packaged coffee along with a koala plush toy and pendant designed by them.

Booking Information
1. Due to the special nature of the activity, please book this experience at least 2 days in advance. After placing your booking, we will contact the culinary host as soon as possible to confirm availability. You will receive a response within 24 hrs. Thank you for your patience.
2. The activity requires a minimum of 3 participants in principle. If the required number of participants is not met or the host cancels the activity due to personal reasons after confirmation, the system will automatically process a refund.
3. The waiting time for late arrivals is 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the experience will begin. If you cannot arrive on time due to special circumstances, please contact the host promptly.
