

According to the "Regulations on Real-Name Management of Waterway Passenger Transport," passengers must present valid identification documents that comply with laws, administrative regulations, and relevant national regulations when purchasing tickets and boarding. Boat tickets are valid only on the day of issuance, and passengers must board according to the vessel name, voyage, date, and seat specified on their ticket.
For round-trip ferry services between Macau and Shekou on the same day, passengers must bring a valid ID and a valid boat ticket.
For round-trip ferry services to Macau, please arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes in advance to exchange for physical tickets. Entry through the gate will close 10 minutes before departure.
3. Passengers aged 6 and above must purchase full-fare tickets. Children aged 1 to 5 must purchase child tickets. Each adult passenger can bring one infant under 1 year old for free, with no separate seat provided for the infant. If the number of infants exceeds the free allowance, child tickets must be purchased for the additional infants.
4. Once confirmed, boat tickets for the Macau-Shekou route cannot be canceled or changed.
Passengers must board the ferry on the date, route, and departure time specified on the boat ticket. Tickets are invalid if expired.
