Child tickets: Children aged 1 year old (inclusive) to under 6 years old

Free child ticket: for children under 1 year old. Each adult can book only 1 free child ticket per booking. If bringing more than 1 child, book child tickets according to the number of children.

2. According to the entry and exit management requirements of your destination, please purchase tickets with a valid exit-entry ID.

3. Please ensure your boarding documents match your ticket purchase documents and remain valid, otherwise you won't be able to travel.

4. According to the "List of Prohibited Articles for Entry and Exit of the People's Republic of China," gambling chips are prohibited items and cannot be brought into the country.

Boarding begins 1 hour before the scheduled time on your boat ticket, and the gate closes 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

According to the "Regulations on Real-Name Management of Waterway Passenger Transport," passengers must present their original valid ID and cooperate with staff inspection when boarding vessels or entering ferry terminals that implement real-name verification. Otherwise, port staff have the right to deny boarding.

3. For passengers who refuse security checks, insist on carrying prohibited or restricted items, refuse real-name verification of boat tickets, cause disturbances or disrupt public order at the port or on board, or suffer from severe infectious diseases, serious mental disorders, intoxication, or other conditions that may endanger the safety of the ferry, other passengers, or port staff, the port and carrier reserve the right to deny them entry, ticket purchase, boarding, or to order them to disembark.

4. In the event of interrupted voyages or delayed arrivals due to force majeure, neither the port nor the carrier shall be liable for any losses caused by resulting detentions or delays.

1. Child ticket holders can carry 10 kg of baggage for free. Adult ticket holders can carry 20 kg of baggage for free.

2. The Macau Taipa to Shekou route currently does not offer baggage check-in service.
