(1) Please read the safety instructions carefully before boarding.

(2) People who are drunk are not allowed to ride in a helicopter.

(3) People with criminal records or previous convictions are not allowed to ride in helicopters.

(4) People with high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, pregnant women and critically ill patients are not allowed to take a helicopter.

(5) Passengers riding the helicopter must ensure that they are in good health and free of any disease. Party A will not be held responsible if a passenger conceals their physical condition and the disease recurs during the helicopter ride.

(6) When traveling by helicopter, you may only carry small pieces of luggage, which may be inspected.

(7) It is not allowed to carry flammable, explosive, toxic items, knives, lighters and other dangerous goods on board the helicopter.

(8) Do not bring liquid drinks when riding in a helicopter, and try not to eat in the helicopter.

(9) Please turn off your mobile phone, computer and other electronic devices when riding in a helicopter. Devices that may interfere with radio signals are not allowed on board the helicopter.

(10) It is best to go to the toilet before boarding the plane, as there is no toilet on the helicopter.

(11) Passengers must undergo security checks by Party A’s security personnel before boarding. Passengers who refuse to undergo security checks will not be allowed to board.

(12) The passengers must be led by Party A staff when getting on and off the helicopter, and Party B must follow Party A staff when getting on and off the helicopter. Parents and guardians must take good care of their children. Passengers are responsible for all safety accidents caused by running around without permission and bear the consequences.

(13) Smoking is prohibited on board the aircraft.

(14) When riding in a helicopter, please follow the crew's instructions, fasten your seat belt, and do not touch any buttons or switches on board.

(15) Because there are many military bases in Sanya, aerial photography is not allowed without permission. If you violate the regulations, you will be responsible for the consequences.

(16) It is forbidden to open the helicopter door during flight. In case of danger, please open the door under the pilot's command. First, pull up the button in front of the door window, and then slide the button on the back of the middle of the door to the right and down. Then you can push the door open.

(17) Pilots cannot be required to fly in violation of safety flight and aviation regulations, nor can they engage in any behavior that may affect the pilot’s flight (e.g. chatting, touching, beating, scolding, etc.).

(18) If you feel unwell while riding in a helicopter, please inform the pilot immediately.

(19) If a dangerous situation occurs during the flight of a helicopter, you must obey the pilot's instructions and must not take any self-rescue actions without authorization.

(20) Helicopters are equipped with life jacket. Please wear them before boarding the aircraft as required and do not take them off while on board.

(21) Compensation for accidental death and injury of helicopter passengers shall be paid by the insurance company in accordance with regulations, and Party A shall not bear any additional compensation costs.

(22) Passengers must present valid identification documents when signing the agreement and before boarding.

(23) If Party A is unable to take off due to weather, air traffic control, force majeure or other reasons, it will not be treated as a breach of contract.
