The guided tour at Wuhou Temple, led by Teacher Yinian, was a fantastic experience! His explanations were grounded in the official history of the Three Kingdoms, presented clearly and logically, while also incorporating stories from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, highlighting the artistic embellishments in the novel and distinguishing between literary interpretations and historical fact. He no longer equated the fictional stories with historical reality, but rather told them in a captivating and engaging way. It allowed me to appreciate the charm of the Three Kingdoms stories while gaining a deeper understanding of the true history of Shu Han. I learned a great deal and highly recommend it!★
