We were part of a 20 people group and the focus was on cental area. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. At some point we decided to explore the side areas on our own. It’s quite hot and the place is huge, better take an umbrella with you.★

The tour was extremely nice. I wanted to visit the Temple of Heaven and the Forbidden City with a bit more context and information about these places, and this is exactly what I got. Susan, the guide, guided us through these places, providing the right amount of information without overwhelming us with too much. She gave us time to enjoy individual corners and was always happy to answer our questions. She was also very professional while being a genuinely lovely person to talk to, and we had some very nice and interesting conversations in a friendly atmosphere.★

Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.
