You'll receive your Trip.com booking confirmation upon successful booking
 
You'll be contacted by the tour organizer to confirm your pick-up details by 18:00~21:00, the day before departure
 
Please present your booking confirmation to the tour guide before departure
 
Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before departure/ pick-up time informed by the tour operator
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 10:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note

Surcharge for far pick-up/ drop-off will incur for travelers staying outside Da Nang Center including:

  • Hotels/ Resorts located in Nai Hien Dong Ward and Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District (Golden Bay, Alan Sea Hotel...)
  • InterContinental Resort

For travelers who do not require pickup, please meet our tour guide in front of "Novotel Danang - Premier Han River" hotel, 36 Bach Dang street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City
