The tour around the palaces was amazing! Mr. Young, our guide, provided interesting historical information that helped me understand more about Korean culture. The only unnecessary part of this tour, in my opinion, was the trip to the market. There was really nothing to do or see there. Pick up and drop off locations were very convenient.★

The service was nice, the staff helped with everything. I had a pleasant experience notwithstanding the original location (Gyeongbokgung Palace) was closed on that day.★

Lynn was very nice, clear, engaged. she knows her stuff! helpful with advice on food choices, locating of bathrooms, kept on time. she was able to go with the flow as our group size increased quite a bit at the last minute.★
