1. The transfer service is a shared transfer, with pickups arranged along the hotel's route. Please do not leave the lobby within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes at the hotel (not 30 minutes at a single hotel). Missing the pickup will be considered a voluntary cancellation with no refund.
2. The shared transfer service may arrive late at your hotel. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, please contact customer support and our staff will assist in coordinating. We appreciate your understanding!
3. Please note that vehicles in Chiang Mai do not have trunks and cannot carry luggage for group tours.
4. The itinerary time is for reference only. The actual sightseeing time may vary. Please do not book same-day return transportation or other time-sensitive entertainment activities. Our company will not be responsible for any issues that may arise.
5. Based on the selected 1-day tour package to the Black, White, and Blue Temples, travelers who booked (including Long Neck Village) will enter the village to observe the daily life of the Long Neck tribe, while travelers who booked (excluding Long Neck Village) need to wait on the bus.
6. Depending on the selected package, travelers who book the Golden Triangle 1-day tour (including cruise) will take a cruise along the Mekong River (approx. 30 mins), while travelers who book the package (excluding cruise) can wait in the car or visit nearby attractions.
