Introduction to the host Hello everyone, my name is Zhang Lu, and I come from a family of winemakers in Shangyu, Shaoxing. My ancestors have a close relationship with Jin Fangcai, the master winemaker and founder of Nerhong brand. I have grown up with the aroma of rice wine since I was a child. But actually I didn’t have much interest in rice wine when I was a child. Instead, after many years of wine study and work abroad, I was touched by the culture and understanding of Western wine, and I started to understand rice wine again. I hope to be committed to promoting the wine culture of my hometown and nation. Since 2007, I have bought 15 acres of rice fields in Shaoxing. Based on the wine-making concept, I have carefully prepared from the management of the rice fields. It took eight years to produce the 2008 vintage in 2015. Puree yellow wine brewed by hand using ancient methods. The Shanin puree wine I created was also taken to France, Italy, and Germany... My persistence in inheriting rice wine for many years has also allowed me to be invited to participate in many CCTV documentaries to write my own story.In addition to running my own rice wine brand, my partner and I manage a private kitchen for food and wine.
