Hello everyone, I’m Xue Xuan, the host of eatwith in Xi’an. I’m a native Northwestern man who loves Food and Beverages. I studied under the Food and Beverages artist Huang Qiyun. For many years, I have focused on developing innovative dishes that integrate world cultures. I’m good at using different spices, cooking methods, plating, and taste to create a variety of dishes that are outstanding in appearance, fragrance, taste, shape, quality, and utensils.
He has worked as the chef and food development director of a well-known restaurant in Beijing, and also participated in the opening and closing ceremony dinners of the China Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition.

Venue Introduction
The predecessor of this place is a homestay space with 20 years of history and multiple world awards. It has received more than 400,000 global backpackers. We have collected flavor menus from all over the world, laying the foundation for today's fusion cuisine. Now, after the construction and upgrading of the space, the essence of oriental aesthetics has been precipitated, and the form is unified in reality, nature and simplicity, becoming a guest house and Food and Beverages space that always flows with humanistic emotions.

Experience process
According to the agreed time, the guests arrived one after another;
After the host or group members warmly welcome you, everyone will introduce themselves to each other;
During the meal, the host or group chef will introduce the inspiration for the menu and the ingredients used in the dishes;
Guests can also visit the space and chat after the meal.
