The Chocolate Hills are composed of 1,268 conical hills, with a height ranging from 40 to 120 meters. They look like haystacks stacked on the ground. Every summer, the "haystacks" will dry up and turn brown, like rows of chocolate rows on the ground. This is where the mouth-watering name Chocolate Hills comes from. There are different flavors of chocolate in different seasons, from matcha to truffle. There are only more than 200 steps to reach the top of the Chocolate Mountain. There is also a museum in the church that collects many religious relics, including vestments woven with gold thread, Latin church music lyrics written on sheepskin, etc. The church is proud of its unique ceiling murals and ancient confessional with intricate carvings.
