Pick-up and drop-off services outside the designated area are not available
Pick-up within the Second Ring Road (pick-up time around 7:10 AM, exact time to be confirmed by the driver). Visitors outside the Second Ring Road should go to the meeting point by themselves. Visitors who book after 19:00 the day before the trip should go to the meeting point by themselves, and no pick-up service will be arranged. Transportation fees will not be reimbursed.
If the pick-up time is too early, you can go to the meeting point by yourself (partial taxi fare can be reimbursed). Reimbursement standards for pick-up within the Second Ring Road:
- 1 person: maximum reimbursement of CNY10
- 2-4 persons: maximum reimbursement of CNY20
- 5-8 persons: maximum reimbursement of CNY40
- More than 8 persons: please contact customer support online for consultation.
Transportation fee reimbursement only applies to visitors staying within the Second Ring Road of Kunming city. No reimbursement will be provided for those outside the Second Ring Road. Please be informed!
