Thank you for purchasing excellent roundtrip tickets with a view of Mount Fuji. Of course, the tickets were twice as expensive as buying them directly on the bus company's website, but Russian cards don't work there, and we forgot to buy tickets in advance, so this is a great option for a spontaneous purchase. It was a bit surprising that the roundtrip departure time is agreed upon in chat; I expected that any tickets within the selected time range would be purchased and assigned in my account. But we agreed on them quite easily in private messages. Overall, the experience was very positive.

We had a great experience with this type of pass. We paid another 900 yen can ride on a limited rapid train Laview from Ikebukuro to Chichibu. It was a very comfortable ride.

We tried to buy tickets two hours before departure, and customer service said there were some difficulties. The staff tried their best to resolve the system error and were able to get tickets literally 15 minutes before departure (we agreed to wait). Overall, they won't leave us in the lurch; they'll try to resolve the issue or find an alternative. We've already purchased our return tickets through them.
