The 360-degree observation deck on the 84th floor is fantastic! The buffet food on floors 74-76 is good, with a wide selection. There's ice cream, but half the containers are hard and frozen, impossible to place. The sweets are tasteless. The seafood is good, and the steaks are excellent. But the restaurant itself is not cozy at all. It's a huge, spacious dining room. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing.★

This is my first time doing a tingly cooking class and it was excellent. Our instructor, Chau (sp) was super fun and very easy to understand.
