Moreton Island

Only a stone's throw away from Brisbane, Moreton Island is a crowd favourite amongst locals and day-trippers. Depart Brisbane for a scenic cruise across the Moreton Bay and in just over one hour, you’ll start to catch glimpses of the golden shores come into view. <img src="https://ak-d.tripcdn.com/images/0351w12000bysajvp204D_Z_1000_0.jpg" source="ttd" imageid="10008027" sourcewidth="3500" sourcehight="2268" ><h3> </h3>Enjoy one of Australia's best snorkelling locations set amongst shipwrecks for just the day!&nbsp;The crystal clear waters that surround the wrecks are filled with over 200 species of fish and 130 species of coral, not to mention 3 different species of marine sea turtle, dolphins and even our resident Wobbegong sharks and stingrays. Use your lunch voucher for whichever cuisine you fancy, with Chinese, Vietnamese, and other options available. Visit the Eco-Center for a presentation on the world of dolphins at 3.15pm. Watch this informative demonstration, or simply explore the island till sunset. Finally, make your way to the jetty for the wild dolphin feeding program. Witness a majestic pod of dolphins visiting the shore, and see them play together until it’s time to be fed. Follow an expert into the shallow water and hand-feed fish to a wild bottlenose dolphin with the Dolphin Care Team, consisting of eco rangers who ensure the protection of these creatures. <img src="https://ak-d.tripcdn.com/images/0355o12000bzxffo189EF_Z_1000_0.jpg" source="ttd" imageid="10011982" sourcewidth="3584" sourcehight="2385" > After interacting with wild dolphins, at approximately 7:00 PM, you'll leave the island and travel back to Brisbane, arriving at 8:15 PM.
