A few days before departure, the tour guide contacted me via WhatsApp, clearly stating the meeting time and location. The guide, Sarah, was excellent. The tour bus was large and comfortable. I purchased a lunch package at the restaurant; the food was plentiful but slightly unsuitable for young children (they could only eat fries). My itinerary included a 15-minute skywalk. The overall itinerary was very smooth. Highly recommended. Note that a tip is expected for the guide at the end (optional). Sarah's service and attitude were excellent, so I gave her a small cash tip. šš»ā

I just came back from a Grand Canyon tour. Thanks to Team Leaders Jim & Mary, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable trip. From the early morning, every course was perfect and satisfying. I think this is a tour of friendly restaurants. It's definitely worth it! I was satisfied with all the photos they took along the way, and the explanations were thorough, so I understood everything. Hahaha.
It was a more comfortable and chatty trip than a quiet car ride, so it was even more enjoyable. Next time, I'll come with my family!ā

We were rebooked onto the sunset tour for organizational reasons. It was the best decision to take advantage of this offer. Our guide, Andrew, took us to amazing places and gave us a wealth of background information on the origins of the national park. I don't think I've ever experienced such a beautiful sunset.
