No refunds will be issued if the aurora is not visible. Some packages offer a free rebooking opportunity if the lights are not seen, subject to availability on the new booking date.
3. The tour may be canceled due to factors such as low probability of aurora sightings caused by weather conditions. As our online customer support operates in a different time zone, we may not be able to notify you immediately if the tour is canceled. Please call the number on your confirmation voucher before departure to verify if the tour will proceed as scheduled to avoid any inconvenience. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including that no compensation will be provided for failure to notify you of a cancellation. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking!!!
