If you bring valuable items and they are lost or damaged, you will be held responsible for them.</li><li>During the sea trip, please wear a life jacket at all times. If there is any situation, please cooperate with the guide and staff's arrangements and instructions to ensure your safety. Do not walk inside the cabin or sit at the bow while the boat is in motion.</li><li>In case of weather-related issues such as heavy rain, strong winds, tides, etc., resulting in the Maritime Authority issuing a red flag warning not to go to sea, the itinerary company will have to cancel the trip for the day. Please note that this is an irresistible factor, and the itinerary company will not accept any claims.</li><li>Phuket's rainy season is from May to October, during which there are frequent showers. The boat company will arrange the trip based on the Maritime Authority's announcement. Even on sunny days, if there are strong winds and waves, going to sea will not be allowed. In such cases, the boat company will provide free rescheduling or non-damaging cancellation. However, if there is rainy weather but sea conditions allow for the trip and there are no strong winds and waves, the boat company will carry out the trip as originally planned and will not accept any cancellations or rescheduling for the day.</li><li>Please note that the insurance included in this tour is "Accident Medical Insurance." In case of any accidental injury during the trip, regardless of the extent of the injury, please notify the guide or contact our customer service immediately while you are still on-site. The insurance company must be informed to verify the situation and to arrange for any necessary medical treatment. If you contact us after leaving the scene, or after receiving treatment at a hospital, clinic, or pharmacy at your own expense, the insurance company may refuse to compensate due to difficulties in verifying the situation at the time or because it has exceeded the travel insurance period.
