St. Stephen's Park is a famous Victorian park in Ireland. The park has gardens, an artificial lake and more than ten statues of Dublin celebrities including Mrs. Markovich, the leader of the Easter Rising, Yeats, Mangan and James Joyce. Every year on June 16, St. Patrick’s Day is held in St. Stephen’s Park. A large-scale concert attracts thousands of revelers to sing and dance. St. Stephen's Park is Ireland's most famous Victorian park, reopened by Lord Adelain in 1880 for all citizens of Dublin. This 9-hectare park has maintained a traditional Victorian layout, with lush trees and shrubs, and spectacular Victorian spring and summer flower beds. Herbaceous plants bordering flower beds add a splash of color to the garden from early spring to late autumn. The museum was founded in 1857 and has a collection of thousands of different animal and plant specimens from all over the world, ranging from prehistoric dinosaurs and whales to insects in glass jars. Daniel O'Connell (August 6, 1775 - May 15, 1847), Irishman. The main representative of the Irish nationalist movement in the early 19th century and the leader of the Catholic Emancipation Movement in the British House of Commons.Because his activities led British Prime Minister Wellington to promulgate the "Catholic Emancipation Act", he was called the Liberator. The statue stands on O'Connell Street, the street of the same name, to commemorate this famous religious liberator in Irish history. This statue also starred in the famous Irish movie "Once" and is also a place where movie fans can check in.
