Joining this small group tour was really great. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable, and since two families traveled almost the same distance without interfering with each other's schedules, we had a very relaxed and enjoyable trip. The driver, who also served as our guide, sent us various itineraries the night before, making sure we didn't miss anything. He provided detailed explanations and reminders throughout the trip, and was very responsible. 👍★

Tianmen Mountain truly lives up to its reputation as a 5A-level scenic spot in Zhangjiajie. We happened to be there during a heavy snowfall, which made it feel like a fairyland. The tour guide service was excellent, and the explanations were top-notch. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.★

He communicated regularly to ensure we know what to expect at various tour locations even if he was not with us. He also stuck to the itinerary as closely as possible to ensure we had sufficient time at each of the locations. Highly recommended to join his tour.
