5. Keep your personal travel documents, passport, flight ticket, credit card, and cash secure at all times. Carry valuables with you and do not leave them in the car or entrust them to others.
6. To safeguard the rights and interests of the group, if an individual's behavior disrupts the normal activities of the group and remains unresolved after persuasion, our company's guide has the right to terminate their participation in the tour. From the moment of departure, all actions are the sole responsibility of the individual, and our company bears no liability. No refund or transfer will be provided for any unused portions.
7. This itinerary requires you to hold a valid US visa. It is recommended that you ensure your visa is valid and register for EVUS before purchasing our products.
8. All optional activities (fees excluded) have limited daily availability, so we recommend booking them together with your itinerary. If the activity is canceled due to weather conditions, we will issue a full refund. No refunds or compensation will be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons.
9. If there is any discrepancy between the time indicated in the itinerary and the time announced by the guide on-site, please follow the local announcement time.
Cancellation and Change Terms
1. Changing the departure date or passenger names is equivalent to canceling the original booking and making a new one.
