The instructor also wants to build a trusting relationship with you because he or she will be with you throughout the entire skydiving experience.</h2><h2>2. Preparation for ascending to high altitude and exiting the cabin - 10~15 minutes</h2><h2>After that, you will be arranged to enter the small plane, and the altitude will gradually increase, eventually stopping at about 3,000 meters. The whole process will take about 15 minutes. The cabin door will open. At this time, the instructor will check whether all the equipment is complete one by one. After that, everything is ready and only the east wind is needed.</h2><h2>3. Leap and deploy parachute</h2><h2>While fully respecting your opinions, the instructor will choose the most appropriate moment to jump, allowing you to fully experience your fear - a speed of 190 yards in one hour. When you are about 1,500 meters away from the ground, the parachute will open in time. At this time, the sound of wind whistling in your ears will gradually disappear, and your landing speed will also slow down.</h2><h2>4.
