The itinerary does not include a guide.
The bus operating company will assign 1 or 2 drivers.
Please follow the time and instructions provided by the staff while driving.
No smoking in the vehicle.
The vehicle does not have a restroom.
Travelers in the same group will be assigned adjacent seats.
Seats are assigned, please check the seating chart on the bus on the day for details.
Please fasten your seat belt during the ride. Failure to comply may result in being denied boarding.
The itinerary is generally operated using large buses. If the number of participants is small, medium or small buses may be arranged instead.
To ensure driving safety, the driver will take a 15 to 30-minute break approximately every 2 hours of driving. In case of unexpected situations that may delay the trip, the break time will be adjusted accordingly.
The driver or on-site staff will assist you with your luggage during boarding and alighting, but will not be responsible for its safekeeping.
Depending on the number of reservations for the day, the bus may stop at multiple ski resorts, and you may need to transfer to another vehicle. Thank you for your cooperation.
Actual departure and arrival times may vary depending on road conditions and weather on the day of travel.
To ensure the safety of travelers, infants cannot be held on an adult's lap.
Children are not eligible for free travel. If needed, please book at the child or adult fare.
For safety reasons during the journey, we cannot accept bookings for infants aged 0 to 1 year old.
Requirements
Excluding full rental packages and snow play packages.
Includes a one-day cable car ticket for Takasu Snow Park (IC card deposit JPY 500).
If you wish to ski in the WHITEPIA Takasu Ski Resort area, you can pay an additional JPY 500 for adults and JPY 500 for children at the cable car ticket office to upgrade your ticket to a dual-resort pass.

If the use of ice crushers or snow machines ensures normal operation of the ski resort (1,500m cable car), the itinerary will proceed as scheduled. *Planned opening on Friday, November 21.
Baggage-related matters:
Please make sure to manage your own baggage.
Please keep an eye on your luggage when departing, resting, or arriving at the ski resort to avoid disputes such as theft, loss, forgetting, or confusion between passengers. In case of any unfortunate incidents, the bus operating company will not be held responsible. Thank you for your understanding.
If travelers wish to cancel due to personal reasons such as theft, loss, forgetting, or confusion of luggage, cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy. The activity supplier and bus operator will also not be responsible for any rental or other fees incurred for the same reasons.
The activity supplier is not responsible for any stains or damages to baggage. We appreciate your understanding.
Luggage stored in the bus luggage compartment may be at risk of damage due to collisions, please take protective measures in advance.
This itinerary provides ski and snowboard transportation services, but damage may occur due to collisions between luggage. Please ensure to place them in protective cases when checking in (snowboards/skis with only board/ski bags cannot be accepted for transportation).
Each traveler is allowed to check in only one set of double skis or one snowboard, plus one piece of luggage. Excess baggage may not be accepted for check-in due to storage limitations in the cargo hold.
Luggage that cannot be stored in the luggage compartment may be placed inside the vehicle instead.
Cancellation due to insufficient number of participants:
Trips with no sign-ups 14 days before the activity date will be canceled without further notice.
The operating hours, cable cars, and ski routes at each ski resort may be temporarily adjusted due to weather conditions and other factors.
Please note that refund requests due to the inability to participate in the activity as scheduled under the above circumstances will not be accepted.
Advance booking for rental items
During peak seasons such as weekends, holidays, and public holidays, there may be insufficient quantities of rental items available.
Please make an advance booking through the dedicated online reservation service provided by the activity supplier.
The rental reservation pages on official ski resort websites may differ from those of tour groups. Please pay attention to this information when booking to avoid incorrect orders.
Online booking services do not provide phone consultations.
Some ski resorts offer self-drive package booking services.
Some ski resorts may charge for item storage, which can be paid in advance by credit card or other methods.
Possession of a rental promo code does not guarantee the availability of rental items. If you are unable to rent the desired items or clothing sizes due to not using the "online reservation service," unused cable car tickets or activity fees will not be refunded.
Even if the booking is completed, some ski resorts may still require you to fill out an application form and complete other necessary procedures on the day of the activity.
Even if you have completed your reservation in advance, you may still need to wait when picking up the rental items.
Please note that the sizes of ski sets and other equipment provided by rental shops may vary slightly (within a size range). We appreciate your understanding.
We do not accept bookings for mystery tours labeled as "morning departure" or "evening departure." Please also note that rental items may not be available during peak season.
